Springboard Student Success at World Skills

Two groups of four students competed in the World Skills semi-finals held in Hinckley, Leicestershire, pitching their horror ‘sting’ proposals to a panel of judges.

One team consisting of Sean Rees, Jonathan Russell, Harry Daniels and Josh Hawkes were successful in gaining a place into the national finals to be held in Birmingham in November.

Congratulations also go to Kym Baxter, Heather Biddell, Matthew Alway and Suskia Gerrard who narrowly missed a place in the final in what the judges described as a very tough decision since both groups were of a very high standard.

Congratulations to all students involved!
